Abstract/Summary:
With the accelerating speed of economic development, the quality of it shouldmake further improvements. The world economy must transform its pattern from browneconomy to a green one, from industrial civilization to ecological civilization, then goesinto a low-carbon global economy to maintain sustained and healthy development. Inthis general background, the contradiction between the environment and the economicdevelopment is being gradually exposed. The challenges of our own country and theresponsibilities faced by the whole world become extremely critical, due to theoverexploitation and the inefficient use of resources, and large-scale development ofextensive economy. In order to get rid of the pattern of resource-wasting andenvironment destruction, our Party regards the change of the pattern of economicgrowth as the most important of all, in both17th and18th congress.This thesis based on the existing problems in a low carbon economy Angle, underthe background of RMB appreciation for the new problem appeared analysis object;With the theory of comparative advantage, factor endowments theory and thesustainable development theory as analysis theory basis; Take empirical analysis andqualitative analysis as the tool to analysis the existing problems in depth.Based on the analysis and research of data collected, standing in the angle of smalland medium-sized export the long-term development of the enterprise ofZHUSANJIAO, this paper proposes garverment, enterprise, social organizations,individuals should participate in the optimization of export commodity structureadjustment when the low carbon economy gradually becomes the theme of this age.
