China is a typical export-oriented country, as the economy grows rapidly because of the export trade, the structure is irrational and at the low level, the majority production of export commodities concentrated in the low-skill labor-intensive and low value-added processing industries, and the winning depend on the expansion of trade that consume a lot of our basic resources, increasing pollution of the environment, the economic sustainable development is faced with enormous challenges. In addition, China's export dependence is too high, which resulting in our ability to respond to the external economic risks in the international financial crisis and the dual pressures of a low carbon economy is poor, the international trade pattern will change in the international market competition. At present, China is the biggest exporter, CO2 emissions have also been ranked the first, which energy production and consumption ranks second in the world. Most serious problems were exposed because simply relying on exports to promote economic growth and traditional exports of structural.Particularly, the wave of low-carbon economy has risen recently and the issue become more prominent. Therefore, we must think of the current international trade in the new situation, promoting China's export trade development to be healthy and stable, that can solve the problems above all, adjust the export structure rationally, choose the appropriate export strategies to develop the low carbon export trade. This paper focuses on the existing situations and positive analysis about the structure of export trade. Analysis point out that the export trade structure of export commodities, low level of international competitiveness is weak; a large proportion of "high pollution, high energy consumption and emissions"in the export commodities;export trade suffer from barriers repeatly which are China's Sustainable Development confronted with. It's necessary to develop low-carbon export trade. Firstly, through establishing the input-output model to estimate the embodied carbon emissions and carbon emissions of various departments in China's exports, and find petroleum processing coke and nuclear fuel processing industry, electricity, heat production and supply industry, gas production and Supply are the highest export total emission factor; then analysis the factors of causing embodied carbon growth (structure effect, scale effect, technical effect), demonstrates the scale effect makes the most contribution, technology and structure effects have inbibitional effect; Finally, calculate the index of the competitiveness and compare with the carbon emissions. To draw the conclusions that the international competitiveness of the sector is mainly a strong value-added low carbon processing and manufacturing, but agriculture, financial services, and other export sectors with low carbon intensity are at low level of international competitiveness. Finally, making feasibility suggestions, from the industrial and trade structure, government, industry associations and businesses, environmental regulations and technical standards, the export tax rebate rate and the market mechanism as well as foreign cooperation and other angles, which to China's export trade for low-carbon development.
