Since the reform and opening up, the rapid rise of the private economy.According to statistics, Chinese private enterprise distribution of a wide range ofindustries, in addition to state-owned enterprises and monopoly power,communication, railway and other industries, private enterprises, covering almostall and the people’s livelihood related industries, and to occupy the dominantposition, accounting for more than90%of the total number of enterprises, thecontribution rate of the national economy more than60%, in support of growth,promote innovation, expanding employment, increasing tax plays an important role.The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen meeting is important party standing at anew historical starting point held, meeting examined and adopted the "CPC CentralCommittee on deepening the reform decisions on major issues"."Decision" clearlypointed out the need to abolish all unreasonable rules and implicit barriers, encourageprivate enterprises to participate in the reform of state-owned enterprises, encourageall enterprises mixed development of non holding public capital, encourageconditional private enterprises to establish modern enterprise system. These reformmeasures, can be said to usher in the development of private enterprises and a spring.In China,the vast majority of private enterprises are family owned,and take thefamily governance mode of operation. With the continuous development of privateenterprises, the inevitable need fusion more social capital and human capital tosupport its further development. However, in the good policy environment of hithertounknown, private enterprises are still faced with some problems, whether academicor practical sector has been the existence of two kinds of viewpoints and phenomenon:in the academic circles, both believe that the family governance is conducive to thegrowth of private enterprises, but also that is not conducive to the growth of privateenterprises in practice; circles, both successful by family management of privateenterprises, but also because of family governance and to the ruin of privateenterprises. So, long-term "home culture" of private enterprises can deal well with therelationship between relational governance and contractual governance,to achieve theintegration of family governance and modern western corporate governance, and findthe "equilibrium" dual governance is essential. In this paper, relationship with family governance and growth of privateenterprises as the research object, to private enterprises in Chongqing area as theresearch sample, in the full absorption of domestic and foreign related researchresults, to explore the relationship between family governance and growth of privateenterprises, to find the effect of private enterprise family governance factors on thegrowth of private enterprises and the role of the degree of understanding, focus on thefamily governance should, at the same time put forward the optimization of privateenterprise family governance proposals, to guide the practice of family managementof private enterprises, so as to avoid detours, realize the sustainable and rapiddevelopment.The main conclusions are as follows: the higher the family holding conditions,effect of family ownership, family control of the growth of private enterprises is notsignificant, the family management and the development of private enterprises issignificant negative correlation, in general, highly centralized condition, the traditionalfamily governance dimensions is not conducive to the growth of private enterprises. Atthe same time, significant positive correlation of family inheritance wishes on thegrowth of private enterprises. The results suggest that the existing governance factors,the negative effect to the growth of private enterprises in the family governanceprocess Chinese private enterprises, governance factors also play a positive role.Therefore, this paper further points out, the academic circle and the practice circleneeds to be done next is the family governance factors for proper regulation,accomplish, achieve the optimization and upgrading of family governance, in order tofind the management form of private enterprise family governance for the particularstage of development of specific areas of specific industries.
