The Research Of The Receptor In Administrative Document Writing

Administrative documents, as a form of application documents with standard formats and legal effect, is formed in the process of ruling societies and managing nations, and plays a very important role in public activities of all levels of administrative institution.The administrative document writing system includes four elements, i.e. the subject, the object, the carrier and the receptor, which interact and restrict mutually to constitute a complete system of writing. For a long time in the past, in the field of administrative documents research field, focus was placed more on the writing subject and the carrier, such as the format specifications and writing requirements, than on the understanding and study of the receptor. However, to put administative document wrting to better use needs,first of all, the proper handling of interpersonal relationships; namely, in any link of writing, the text cannot be discussed without the consideration of the reader, the receptor.Taking the administrative document writing receptor as the main research object, and using for reference the readers’"expectancy vision" in the western reception aesthetics theory, this essay holds tight to the reader-text-author writing chain to discuss the restrictions and effects of the writing receptor on the administrative document writing in terms of the receptor’s definition, characteristics and needs. It suggests to conduct questionnaire survey to understand the basic mental needs of the receptor, on the basis of which it mkes a detailed analysis of the factors that influence the writing receptors, and various phenomenons and reasons for the lack of "receptor consciousness" in current administrative document writing, so as to propose targeted writing methods and strategies from such aspects as taking different position, optimizing the text structure, thinking creatively, grasping the aesthetic characteristics, with the aim of making some contribution to the research of administrative document writing, and the achievement of the purpose of writing.
