The Research On Optimization Of The Enterprises Management Mode Of X Company In Hunan Province

With the issue of relevant policies to support the development of Small-Medium Enterprises(SMEs), China’s SMEs have obtained rapid growth and become an important part of the national economy. At the same time, open markets, the enhancement of scientific and technological level as well as the introduction of advanced concepts has bred a new form of enterprise——family business, which builds up an integral part of SMEs and promotes the evolution of China’s national economy. Unfortunately, due to the profound influence of traditional views, family business have confronted with common problems, for example higher mortality, vulnerable to be bankruptcy or hard to become large enterprises ect.al. The major reason induces this dilemma is that the impact of traditional views as well as the lack of professional management hampered family business to adopt scientific and rational model of governance, therefore, the uncoordinated mechanism enables SMEs cannot continue to grow. In the light of the significance of SMEs, how to improve the governance of SMEs becomes an urgent priority.In this paper, we take a family enterprise in Hunan for a specific case to analyze the problems in its governance, thus propose several practical solutions and strategies for the problems. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, which gives an overview of the background and significance of the topic of the study, at the same time, describes the research ideas and the main frame. The second part is an overview of the theory, focusing on property rights and transaction cost theory, agency theory and stakeholder theory, it aims to provide a theoretical basis for the company’s governance model. The third part has introduced the company’s governance model in details, and analyze the specific the problems in the governance process. The fourth part proposed several optimization programs for the governance of this company. The fifth part put forward affordable programs to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program. The last part gives the conclusions and recommendations. The innovation of this paper is that we take SMEs governance models as the study subjects. Based on SMEs from Western governance model, this paper has combined some SMEs’management features in our country, and propose appropriate and specific governance model for the development of SMEs. In addition, according to the current situation of China’s domestic and SMEs’ own characteristics, the governance model proposed also has some innovative, which is in line with the current needs of SME development.
