| Since the first Science and Technology Park(STP) built in the1950s, plenty of researches on Science and Technology Innovation Park (STIP) have sprung up and they have been made of abundant achievements. Among them, the research on the governmental roles in the construction of STIP has also obtained a lot. According to the literature review, that kind of research has an important practical significance for the development of China’s economy and technology.Economic benefit brought by STIP makes the economic model develop rapidly nationwide. However, there must exists many problems in the whole process of the development.It is necessary to begin a new innovation and exploration according to the trend of times and regional characteristics.Combined with work reality, the paper chooses Baoan District the Peach Garden Technology Innovation Parkas an instance to analyze the positive governmental role and the insufficiency.Then, some practical Suggestions in line with bao’an’s development are put forward.First of all, the paper give a brief analysis of the related research both at home and abroad, which indicates the necessity and importance to implement the national development strategy and realize shenzhen’s development goals and makes the basic concept of STIP and the definition of governmental role clear and definite as well. Secondly, it quite seriously analyzes the positive governmental roles in aspects of the development orientation, overall plan, policy support, setting standard, supporting service in the construction of Bao’an Peach Garden Science and Technology Innovation Park and its limiting factors.In the end of the section, based on the situation of bao’an district, it proposes some policy suggestions on special plan, policy support, governmental supervision and service function, investment promotion in the construction of STIP.In general, the paper has a certain positive significance for future exploration and construction of STIP in Bao’an, Shenzhen. |
