With the progress of the society and the improvement of software developmenttechnology, enterprise need more and more complex software, software quality checksbecome important. Quality is the core of the software, seriously affecting thedevelopment and growth of a software enterprise. In China, many small softwareenterprises have realized the importance of product quality, established a separatedepartment of the software testing process. However, in addition to improvingcorporate emphasis on software testing, but also requires a lot of testers andimproving the quality of testers. Significance of this study is that companies have tohave a scientific strategy development for the company’s performance appraisalsystem.Based on the article of S company as the background, to take charge of directlyobserved and scored tester, although this method is flexible and efficient, but there arealso some disadvantages, such as the impact on the fairness of corporate management,no comprehensive evaluation, too subjective technology, there is no concern ofemployees in the company’s growth and development. Through the related theoryform, and staff face to face interview way to find factors, qualitative and quantitative,statistical methods for analysis of S corporate performance issues and proposesolutions to identify key performance testers with law key Performance indicators anddetermine the index weight, use the PDCA cycle to help testers to raise quality,evaluation of self and others method of combining to form the performanceappraisal-based S corporation testers and build test engineer performance appraisalsystem standards and the implementation of the analytic hierarchy process. Testengineers are effectively motivate, help and improve their own quality, enhance theability of individuals, will also improve the team’s performance, on the developmentof the whole enterprise into a virtuous cycle, companies can create greater economicand social value.
