New Type Of Urbanization Development Of Hunan Province

The greatest potential forces in expanding domestic demand are the urbanization,which is the fundamental driving force of China’s economic development. Specifically,urbanization refers to the process of rural development mode of production to acertain stage of social productivity caused by lifestyle and way of living to the urbantransformation, which is to maintain sustained and rapid economic development.However, the traditional urbanization, is city’s urbanization, is an inefficient way toencouraging quantity rather than quality. As a consequence, the traditionalurbanization in turn to hinders the process of urbanization and industrialization.Therefore, it is necessary to change the traditional model of urbanization andimplement a new model of urbanization.New urbanization is a comprehensive, coordinated, harmonious and sustainabledevelopment of urbanization, which adhere to the people-oriented, and treat newindustrialization as a driving force, base on the principle of balanced, harmonioussociety oriented. Specifically,‘new’ is the concept of updating, institutionalinnovation, technological innovation and new cultural renaissance, ecologicaldevelopment process of new industrialization, urbanization, regional, socialinformation, and agricultural modernization;‘type’ is the transformation of industrialeconomy, urban transportation, construction sites and other aspects.This paper was organized into parts. First introduces the topic of urbanization,which relates into concepts, characteristics and significance of urbanizationdevelopment in detail. Secondly, China’s new urbanization development in HunanProvince will be analyzed, which contains the current situation of the development ofnew towns in Hunan Province, the development of the existing problems. Furthermore,it will be explored the reasons for the existing problems. Then, the three mainmeasurements of process of urbanization in Chengdu, Tianjin and GuangdongProvince will be researched in order to learn from the experience of the developmentof urbanization on the road. Finally, some effective countermeasures of the newurbanization development in Hunan province will be proposed.
