The economy in our country has developed quickly since the Reform and Opening-up, and it has been in the transformation and development period that is characterized by structural readjustment. Because the main part of economic structure is the industrial structure, the industrial transformation plays a very important role in the process of economic transformation. However, industrial transformation is a complicated system project. In the process of transformation, it can refer to different kinds of problems, including the selection of transformation targetã€the confirmation of transformation orientationã€the choice of transformation patterns and the coordination of benefit and so on. Among these series of problems, the problem about coordination of benefit in the process of industrial transformation directly refers to their vital interest including governmentsã€enterprises and workersã€the general public, so it become the core and key of industrial transformation. It is important for industrial transformation how to coordinate the beneficial relationship between the damaged subjects and thecompensating subjects, and it also is an element task. In thedamaged subjects, the enterprises’ workers are the most directsubject of losing benefits and also the most vulnerable group. So thecompensating subjects (especially governments and enterprises)should take compensative measures actively to make sure that theindustrial transformation can proceed smoothly and to promote thesteady development of social economy.In recent years, with the work of industrial transformationproceeding in the whole country, the work of the resourcefulindustrial transformation in Shanxi Province has been in a key stage.As a representative city in Shanxi, Linfen is proceeding theresourceful industrial transformation gradually. However, in theprocess of the industrial transformation what patterns Linfen uses,including industrial extensionã€industrial substitution and industrialdiversification, the compensative problems about the damagedsubjects especially the enterprises’ workers always can’t beresolved satisfactorily so that it restricts the progress of theindustrial transformation in Linfen and affects the healthydevelopment of Linfen’s economy.The beneficial compensation for the enterprises’ workers is acomplicated work in the process of the resourceful industrial transformation. In reality, does the difference exist between theactual compensation patterns that the workers have received and theworkers’ desirable compensation patterns? Why does the differenceexist? How can the difference be eliminated? Then the losing benefitsof workers can match with the compensation patterns ofcompensative subjects. Considering that these questions must beconsidered and analyzed, this paper conducts the questionnairesurvey to the staff and workers of four enterprises who separatelybelong to four counties of Linfen including Yaoduã€Quwoã€Xiangningand Yicheng, and then trims and analyses the data.At first, this paper analyses the similarities and differencesbetween the actual compensative subjects and the desirable ones forthe enterprises’ staff and workers to find the main compensativesubjects, then from the view of compensative subjects this papercompares the differences between the actual compensation patternsand the desirable ones of the workers; Secondly, this paper tries tofind the main factors influencing the choice of workers for thecompensation patterns by using the Crosstabs methods; Thirdly thispaper analyses the concrete conditions that the main factors affectthe choice of the compensation patterns by using the LogisticLoglinear Analysis, then this paper classifies these factors by usingPrincipal Component Analysis; At last, this paper concludes the conditions that the different kind factors influence the differentcompensation patterns, and then proposes the suggestions about thechoice of compensation patterns that the main compensativesubjects make when they confront different staff and workers.By the analysis of this paper, the result of this paper can providethe evidences about the choice of the reasonable compensationpatterns for the governments and enterprises proceeding industrialtransformation when they compensate the staff and workers so thatthe workers’ losing benefits can match with the compensationpatterns. Then the level of workers’ life and their consumption levelcan be kept, and the economy of Linfen in the period oftransformation can keep smoothly. Eventually, the transformation ofLinfen can proceed well and its economy can develop healthily andsustainably. What’s more, the result of this paper can providereferences for the resourceful industrial transformation in the otherareas. |
