The Study On The Optimization Of Export Trade Structure In Tianjin

In an open economy, the healthy and rapid development of export trade in a country orregion is the important guarantee of stable and sustainable development, and the level anddegree of optimization of the export trade structure is the embodiment of the quality ofexport trade, which directly reflects the position of international division of labor and thecompetiveness of trade economy in a country or region. However, the definition andclassification of the export trade structure is very vague, and there is no clear conclusion onthe evaluation of the degree of optimization. In the new century, with China’s accession toWTO, the export trade of Tianjin ushers in a new round of rapid development, whichbecomes the main force to promote the economic and social development in Tianjin.Therefore, how to comprehensively analyze the current situation and degree of optimizationof the export trade structure in Tianjin is what this dissertation focuses on. In thisdissertation, the significance of indexation of the system of optimal evaluation of the exporttrade structure in Tianjin lies in more clearly explaining the definition of export tradestructure optimization and concreting the connotation of the goal of how to optimally adjustthe export trade structure in Tianjin, providing the policy advice to achieving furtheroptimization of the export trade structure in Tianjin and the transformation of foreign tradegrowth pattern.The dissertation bases on general theory of international trade, combining with the theoryof international economics, international trade, regional economics and economicgeography, firstly clearly defining the connotation of the export trade structure andclassification as well as the optimization of export trade structure, and reviewing on thebasic theory of the structure of export trade and the relevant literature, Secondly, based onthe theory of literature, building a set of evaluation indicator system of the optimization ofexport trade structure, and clarifying the method and evaluation model of optimizedevaluation based on the indicator system; according to the evaluation indicator system,giving an empirical analysis on export trade structure in Tianjin, that is to say, conducting acomparative analysis on export trade structure in Tianjin, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and giving akey description of the current situation of the export trade structure in Tianjin since joiningWTO, the results show that there is a gap in several other export structure in Tianjincomparing with Guangdong and Jiangsu-two big export provinces, except that Tianjin isslightly better than Guangdong and Jiangsu in the structure of export markets, which needsthe optimal adjustment of the structure itself; the conclusion of empirical analysis of exporttrade structure in Tianjin by factor analysis and model is that foreign trade security, theoptimization degree of the structure of export commodities and foreign tradecompetitiveness mainly affect the optimization of export trade structure in Tianjin, and foreign trade security is the largest proportion of all factors, and the main factors toinfluence it is the dispersion degree of the market, the proportion of general trade and theproportion of domestic enterprises; but the optimal evaluation scores show the degree ofoptimization of export trade structure in Tianjin entirely ranking in a low level and need tobe further optimized. Finally, based on the empirical analysis of the first two chapters andpositive analysis, this dissertation makes clear ideas of promoting to optimize the exporttrade structure in Tianjin and specific optimal path, and proposes correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions.
