JD Airline Maintenance Mode Selection

According to statistics, civil aviation transportation enterprises for aircraft repairinginvestment accounted for19%of the total investment. Repairing cost has become one of themain expenditure item of this kind of enterprise, and to select and implement repair mode willdirectly affect the cost. Unfortunately, some airlines choose repair mode that does not matchtheir own resources, which will lead to low efficiency or even seriously affect thedevelopment of the company. How to select the most suitable company repair mode? How tocompress the repair cost? That is the key problem in the current civil aviation transportationenterprises, and that is also the object for this research paper.Under the above background, this paper takes the JD Airlines as a sample to study. Thispaper use a relatively unique operational level perspective to analyses the selection processand result of case company repair mode. The SWOT analysis method, competitive strategyanalysis as well as the necessity and feasibility of method are been used to explain thecompany and its repair mode. At the same time, points out the existing problems of this repairmode and solutions, and finally, the paper comes to a wide expectation of this repair modelprospects. The results of this study will be in repair mode selection and specific operation forairlines to provide specific, detailed guidance, make the air transport enterprises to avoiddetours in the process to identify and implement repair mode, and reduce the loss.
