The Logistics Center Location Planning Of Tralin Group Straw Supply

Reasonable raw material supply logistics center location has a great effect to develop raw material resources, reduce logistics cost, insure the production schedule and improve business efficiency. Therefore, based on the theory of logistics center location and the investigation data of Tralin, the present paper combines qualitative and quantitative to research supply logistics center location.Straw resource potential has a great influence on the choice of the target area, so this article introduced the straw resource potential estimation method and choices the target area first. Then researched "Enterprise&Cooperative&One Thousand Tons" straw acquisition mode of Tralin Group through enterprise investigation, obtained Tralin’s straw collection and storage system, and made a detailed analysis, laid a foundation for logistics center location within research of target area.In the process of logistics center location,12counties of Jining were as alternative logistics center. This paper analysed "Natural Conditions","Land Availability of Large Area","Land Geographic Location of Large Area","Traffic Convenience"’,"The Use of Existing Network Resources" and "Negative Social Effects", and established the evaluation index system. Then simplified the decision table by rough set theory, sorted the evaluation index by group eigenvalue method, and gained qualitative index comprehensive evaluation value by Linear index evaluation method. Finaly,combined with the construction costs, operating costs and distribution costs, this artical established the logistics center location model. Finally, solved decision model by genetic algorithm, gained the straw logistics center location plan of Jining.In this paper, a straw cooperative and some subordinate One Thousand Tons of points were as a logistics center, and the number of Thousand Tons was as the capacity of the logistics center. Then paper considered the quantitative and qualitative factors, and used genetic algorithm solved decision-making model successfully. It not merely determined the site of logistics center, but also determined the capacity of each logistics center. In summary, this paper provided a feasible way to select logistics multi-center, and it reduced logistics cost for Tralin Group. As well as, it was helpful to exploit enterprises straw resource purchase potential, ensure the implementation of the expansion and purchasing plan, and make sure that Tralin Group could be able to complete the straw comprehensive utilization project. Consequently, it played a positive role for the promotion of Tralin mode, and it provides a impetus for the development of Chinese circular economy.
