Study On The Co-ordinate Development Of Land And Sea In New District Of Zhoushan Islands

The Co-ordinate development of land and sea is a strategic thinking to theexploitation of marine resources, which saw the sea and land as the two mutualpenetration and relatively independent systems, achieving the coordinated development ofeconomic, social, cultural, and ecological to enhance the comprehensive efficiency andsustainable development by unified planning and overall development. In June30,2011, the State Council officially approved the establishment of the new district ofZhoushan islands, Zhejiang, as the first theme of marine economy of the nationaldistrict, one of its goals is to development of a pilot area Co-ordinate development of landand sea of China.From the background of national marine economic development strategy and the newdistrict of Zhoushan islands ’ fortune and mission, in this paper， first analyzesthe foundation of the Co-ordinate development of land and sea in the new district ofZhoushan islands from the geographical location, location advantages, marineresources, economic base and infrastructure;And then on the feasibility analysis，drawinglessons from successful experiences of Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen through theinput-output model specific analysis the new district of Zhoushan islands’ infrastructureconstruction, the results show it is a good development momentum; Finally, puts forwardthe strategic suggestions for t the Co-ordinate development of land and sea in the newdistrict of Zhoushan islands on the basis of the above analysis.The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept and connotation of the Co-ordinatedevelopment of land and sea, introducing in empirical analysis of microscopic tomacroeconomic development strategy, providing data support for Co-ordinate developmentof land and sea in the new district of Zhoushan islands. Combining theoretical andempirical, protruding the application of Co-ordinate development of land and sea study, inorder to have a better policy recommendations for Co-ordinate development of land andsea in the new district of Zhoushan islands.
