Performance Evaluation Research For Fresh Distribution Centerbased On ANP

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the pace of life continues toincrease.A variety of fresh products or semi-finished products after the initial processing aremore and more popular. Our country has always been a big producing fresh products. Buthigh consumption produces each year in the fresh products circulation process because ourcountry did not have attention and research on the logistics of the mass circulation in the past.Recently,we pay more and more attention to food safety. Now more supervisor recognizes theprocessing and distribution of fresh products is the most important part of development ofsuch products. It is becomes more and more important to improve the efficiency ofdistribution of fresh products and ensure product quality,establishing a good fresh processingand distribution center and evaluating it scientifically and reasonably.This text based on this realistic background, through the study of performanceevaluation results of existing fresh processing and distribution center and research on-site ofprocessing and distribution center for fresh products, establish a performance evaluationsystem. It will provide a better reference for operation of distribution centers.This text studies on the performance evaluation system of existing fresh distributioncenter and constructs a primary index evaluation system. We access data throughquestionnaire, and establish logistics safety evaluation ANP model of fresh processing anddistribution center. To calculate various matrix with Super Decisions software and get all ofthe index weight. Then we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate.Finally, in this paper, the evaluation index system and method we designed is used in a freshprocessing and distribution center and provides suggestions for improvement.
