Research On The Inlfuence Of Technology Innovation Ability From The Enterpirse Scale And Ownership

In the face of fierce competition in the market environment, it is a significant researchsubject for high and new technology enterprise that how to improve their technologyinnovation ability. In order to development in the competitive market，the core problem thathigh and new technology enterprise faces is to improve their ability of technologyinnovation.There are many facters effects, Enterprise scale and ownership as the properties ofthe enterprise, how to influence on technology innovation ability? What is the relationshipbetween them? There is no unified conclusion in the existing literature. The purpose of thispaper is to study the relationship between them. Then it is to explore how the high-techenterprises of different scale and ownership to choose the suit oneself enterprise technologyinnovation strategy and to improve the ability of innovation according to the properties.Firstly, this paper summarizes the views for the relationship between enterprise scale andtechnology innovation, give a theoretical analysis on the impact of different ownership typeson the technological innovation. Then this paper mainly from the aspects of the characteristicsof high and new tech enterprises, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of technicalinnovation. Depending on the principle of construction, the author has designed a kind ofcorresponding evaluation index system, which uses mathematical method to make acomprehensive evaluation. Choosing the Corporation data from Shanghai stock exchange, theShenzhen stock exchange gem and other281high-tech corporations, this empirical research isabout the relationship between enterprise scale, ownership and technological innovationcapabilities of the three. Finally, it shows positive correlation between the enterprise scale andtechnology innovation ability, ownership has nothing to do with technology innovationcapabilities. Combined with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the author put forward the feasible suggestions for the high-tech enterprises from the position of governmentand enterprise, also it provides reference for the technological innovation in high and newtech enterprises.
