Management systems are basic for an enterprise that can survive, bring better development and growth. Not only is the enterprise, any kind of organization is difficult to get development without systems. However, management systems are not the guarantee for enterprise’s development. First, it depends on the quality of the systems themselves, whether they can really help the enterprises to run efficiently and sucessfully. When systems do have the functions above, the successful execution becomes the key factor to achieve their value and meaning.In present paper, the background and management situation of company A were introduced. With regard to the difficulties of the execution of its management systems, the jeopardizes were summarized and the causes were deeply analyzed. Based on the theory of institutional change and execution and taken into account similar cases. Some tips and procedures were given to company A in order to solve such problem. The conclusions are summarized as follows:the successfully implementation of the managerial systems for an company depends not only on the "rationality factors" such as professionalism of the executor, the rationality of the system and the excitation mechanism, but also on the "emotional factors" such as sense of honour and belonging of the executor to the company and interpersonal relationships inside the company.The information and data in present paper is sourced from one particular company, however, due to the generosity of its background and internal management situation, it is possible to provide valuable references for other similar companies and problems.
