Studying On Industiral Support In The Process Of Rural Urbanization Of Dongying

Domestic and international experience shows that rural urbanization is the only way tothe modernization for a country or society. Rural urbanization is an vital way to transfersurplus rural labor to the town and to achieve the objective of citizenization of peasants，it isalso an important strategy to solve the problems of agriculture,and farmers. Urbanization isessentially a transfer process of population from rural areas to urban areas, causing theincrease of the urban population, and a process of the agglomeration of production factors. Inthe process of agricultural urbanization, we should promote the transfer of surplus rural labortransfer to towns by developing the non-agricultural industries rapidly and accelerating thedevelopment of small towns. we also should expand the coverage of high quality publicservices, so that we could give new urban residents equal access to the same public servicesand solve the employment problems concerning peasants’ ego and living at the same time.The purpose of the new urbanization is the urbanization of people. We should promotethe transfer of surplus rural labor to urban, make them share the equal public services.Industrial development is the fundamental power for the rural urbanization. When we arepromoting the rapid urbanization, we should also emphasize the supporting role industryplays during the process: industrial development could solve the employment issues afterfamers lose their lands, which is the urbanization we truly want to achieve.Therefore, this article tries to study the role played by industries during the ruralurbanization, to build a rural urbanization pattern and to design a industrial supporting systemduring the urbanization in case study of Dongying, the core city of Yellow River Delta. In thispaper, on the one hand to fully understand the history of the foundation to build the city ofDongying City, do some research and analysis on the composition and the development trendof the industry in Dongying City, and give some suggestions on the basis of suggestions onhow to play the feasibility of Dongying City History advantage. On the other hand, use ofcomparative analysis and quantitative analysis when analysis of current situation in the ruraltown of Dongying City and Industrial Development, compared the situation of Dongying City with the other cities of Shandong Province, Dongying highlights from the comparison ofurbanization differences with the rest of the development department. Meanwhile, on thecounty area of Dongying City made a horizontal comparison with other city, we specificproposed that suitable for the development of competitive industries in more county area. Theresults indicated that the presence of a larger proportion of secondary industry in DongyingCity, irrational industrial structure, regional development gap larger issues.To solving theseproblems, Dongying City should be based on local advantages and natural resources, theconsolidation of industries and vigorously develop the tertiary industry, and fully industryplays an important role in the process of urbanization in rural played.Last, the paper constructthe industrial support system for the rural urbanization of Dongying and gives somesuggestions on promoting rural urbanization.
