Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Cognition, Entrepreneurial Intention And Entrepreneurial Creation Decision:an Empirical Study On The New Generation Migrant Workers

Entrepreneurial enterprises played an increasingly important role in moderneconomy, it becomes the main power of the development of economic. Thegovernment had said we should insist to the new industrialization, the urbanizationwith Chinese characteristics, information and agricultural modernization. With theadvancement of the process,"Problems about Agriculture， Ruralareas andPeasantry" has become a part that cannot be ignored in the process of economicdevelopment. In2009, according to survey statistics, there are about150millionmigrant workers in our country, the new generation migrant workers accounted forabout60%of the rural migrant workers. However, they have some disadvantages,such as entrepreneurial knowledge, grasp of the market entrepreneurial cognition.Based on this, the new generation of migrant workers is the study object, I take anempirical study of its relationship with entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurialcreation decision.In the study, I define the entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial intentionand entrepreneurial creation decision, explore the entrepreneurial cognition’sinfluence on entrepreneurial decision-making behavior, and discuss the intermediaryrole entrepreneurial intention. In order to find the migrant workers’ entrepreneurialcognition, the level of entrepreneurial intention, analysis how to improve itsentrepreneurial creation decision. To discuss how to improve cognition andentrepreneurial intention of new generation migrant workers, which can mosteffectively promote the entrepreneurial creation decision, and then through empiricalanalysis it is concluded that the relationship among the three. First, I systematically review new generation migrant workers, entrepreneurialcognition, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial creation decision.In thetheoretical part of the new generation of migrant workers theory, I reviewed theconcept of the new generation of migrant workers in China’s development situation,and define the connotation of the new generation migrant workers. In the part ofentrepreneurial cognition theory, I review and analysis the definition of cognitiontheory and entrepreneurial cognition, and develop the meaning of entrepreneurialcognition. In the part about the entrepreneurial intention, I explain the progress ofthe development of entrepreneurial intention theory, and define the meaning ofentrepreneurial intention. In the theoretical part of entrepreneurial creation decision,I recall the definition of entrepreneurial creation decision and research status, anddefine the meaning of entrepreneurial creation decision. Above all, I study themeaning of the relationship among entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurialintention and entrepreneurial creation decision.Second, the correlation analyze among entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurship intention and entrepreneurial creation decision. Betweenentrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial creation decision, I discuss therelationship between difference of entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurialcreation decision, analysis the relationship between the two key sub-dimensions andentrepreneurial creation decision. Between entrepreneurial intention andentrepreneurial creation decision, I analyze the relationship between impaction oftwo sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial creation decision. In addition, theentrepreneurship intention will be mediate between the entrepreneurial cognitionand entrepreneurial creation decision, I analysis and discuss the relationship. Byanalyzing the relationship about the three theories, then I put forward a theoreticalframework of this study, and propose four main assumptions and sixsub-hypotheses.Third, I take the Institute for empirical research and fully prepared thepreparation of empirical research. I select the Institute of applied main research methods institute study method of the application; I scale of the case study and thequestionnaire in the research, and use processing software for instructions analysis.Fourth, I use relevant software to collect questionnaires, and base on the resultsobtained on the assumption that the data analysis presented in this study. This studywas between January2014to March2014in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Hebei,Shanxi, Fujian and farmers of the new generation of migrant workers, the main datacollection method is issued on paper qualitative questionnaire surveys andquestionnaires Star site. In this study,200questionnaires distributed, recycle182questionnaires, a response rate is91.0%,163valid questionnaires were returnedquestionnaires efficiency81.5%. The collected data reliability analysis, correlationanalysis and regression analysis, the study results are all proved.Finally, based on the data analysis, I detail discussion of the conclusions of theresearch, and the theoretical significance of the research were analyzed andsummarized. At the same time, I explain some deficiencies exist in this researchstudy and the future research direction prospected.
