| In the increasingly competitive economic environment, enterprises are facing not onlyadjust the industrial structure. The improvement and acceleration of the employees’creativity is helpful to enterprises’ independent innovation, which especially increaseenterprises to build core competitiveness and get rid of the of development bottleneck.Therefore, the stimulation employee creativity is very important to the development ofenterprises, and the passion of academic attention to the employees’ creativity is at anall-time high. Based on the above background, the text takes the employees’ creativity asthe research object, and specifically discusses the influence mechanism of future work-selfon employees’ creativity. First,the text reviews the related literature about employees’creativity, future work-self, perspective taking and creative self-efficacy.It summarizs andrefines the relationship among these concepts, found that the existing researches about theprocess that future work-self effects on employees’ creativity is uncertain; Second, relevantempirical research as the basis, this article choose the individual factors that have impacton employees’ creativity—perspective taking and creative self-efficacy as mediatingvariables to set up dual path model for future work-self on employees’ creativity; Then, wehanded out questionnaires to a certain enterprise’s338employees and45their directsupervisors,we analyse the collect data using SPSS20.0and AMOS20.0,do descriptivestatistics analysis,correlation analysis, validity analysis, variance analysis, regressionanalysis and other statistical methods, and we preliminarily verified the research ideas andthe research hypotheses of this text. At last,the main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1) The employees’ future work-self has a positive effect on creativity.(2) Perspective taking has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between futurework-self and employees’ creativity.(3) The employees’ future work-self have partial impact on employee creativity via the creative self-efficacy.(4) Perspective taking and creative self-efficacy has a fully mediating effect on theinfluence mechanism of future work-self on employees’ creativity.About the theoretical innovation, this paper combines four variables--futurework-self, perspective taking,creative self-efficacy and employees’ creativity to researchfor the first time, made certain contribution for rich related theory. About practicalsignificance, the conclusion of this article also help leaders make talent selection standard,use to career development training, develop employees’ creative self-efficacy frommultiple perspectives, motivate employees to enhance autonomy, etc., so as to arouse thecreativity of employees, and contribute to the improvement of enterprise performance. |
