As the deepening of international division of labor, more and more enterprises payattention to the importance of the construction of global value chain, through the globalvalue chain,different levels of enterprise of each country can have a place in the world.This paper describes the types of global value chain、governance model and the way toenter the international market.On the basis of the theoretical review and the literaturereview,it finds five different ways to embed the global value chain.Then,it studies the expressions and profit distribution of garment industry’s valuechain,believes brands, purchasing agents, retailers is the key roles of garment industry’sglobal value chains. The Chinese Garment industry in general is still in the low-end part ofthe global value chain, subject to the developed countries.Chinese Garment industrymainly through OEM way, mergers and acquisitions, strategic cooperation embedded inglobal value chains.Again, this paper combines with the above theory,analyzes the three stages ofBosideng Group’s internationalization.Bosideng Group is China’s leading enterprises ofdown jacket industry.Bosideng embedded global value chain is characterized by the brandfirst、based on the OEM、channel follow-up and win-win cooperation.Finally,MakingSuggestions to Bosideng’s deficiencies in Global Value Chain.Though strengtheningcultural construction、 using asset-light model and strengthening design innovation tobecome the leader of value chain.
