Study On The Development Of Circular Economy In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

In order to solve the contradiction between the social development and natural environment, the report of the17th CPC National Congress firstly proposed the ’ecological civilization’, integrating the ecological civilization into the guiding ideology as well as the construction of Chinese socialism development. The18th CPC National clearly Congress announced that our nation would absorb ecological civilization into the ’five in one’ strategy of socialism development with Chinese characteristics The authorities will lay more emphasis to accelerate the development of ecology civilization and elevate the living standards at the same time in order to achieve the sustainable prosperity.Circular economy, as an important way to realize the construction of ecological civilization, is a evolutional model of economic development which was proposed during the process of balance the relationship between limited resources and infinite potential of economic development. At the end of1990s, treating circular economy as a vital element in the sustainable development strategy, our government advocated it as the future orientation and popularized it in corporations, particular district and then whole nation. This thesis uses the method of induction and comparison logic as well as combines theoretical analysis and practical research. Using ecology civilization theory as the guideline of circular economy development, the author states the significant meaning to society, concludes the problems and deficits during the implementing of the circular economy and suggests some countermeasures for the future development.The thesis contents five parts. The first part of the thesis explores methods and summarizes research content. The second part discusses the conception and the relationships between ecological civilization and circular economic, as it proposes the following contents:the practical requirements to circular economy, circular economy lays a material foundation to the ecological civilization and the circular assumes provides a valid way in the process of realizing ecological civilization. The third part of this thesis explores the present situation of circular economy from the perspective of ecological civilization, while it analysis the problems encountered during the implementing of economy oriented by the theory of ecological civilization theory in China, and demonstrate the causes of the problems. The forth part of this thesis concludes the advanced develop pattern and experience of the circular economy in German, America etc. The fifth part propose some suggestions for our country’s circular development from five aspects:concept, principle, market mechanism, enterprise revolution and talents training.
