The purpose of this study is to show the role and importance of transport infrastructure, especially maritime, in facilitating trade between the countries of Asia and Central Africa, but more precisely between the People’s republic of china and the Republic of Congo occupying very strategic places in both continents cited above. To do this, using a descriptive analysis using primary and secondary sources, we present the marine environments of the two countries, their contributions and developments in the field, and the system of their trade, their logistics systems. Then confirm the undeniable importance of good transport infrastructure in terms of improvement and facilitation of trade in the Congo-China case, which is what we study. It appears that the development of infrastructure, good management and transport planning, and compliance with regulations in force concerning transport are the main ways to improve trade. This study is a content of five different parts:The first part, an overview of the purpose and meaning of this study, including two States, their geographical location, and a brief introduction to the sea.The second part, Congo Brazzaville and China’s logistics system between the two countries, including logistics center location model and layout planning of logistics center, logistics center functional analysis basics (transportation and storage functions, handling functions, logistics information processing function), the special features (bonded logistics, bonded processing, international procurement and international entrepot trade.The third part, including shipping exchanges between the two countries, most notably general trading business weight in the Democratic Republic of the Congo the Congo and China external trade (import and export trade between the two countries) profits and losses generated by the internal trade and China’s assessment.Part four, Congo Brazzaville in trade with China in the economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa the impact of regional integration.
