Cruise Financing Risk Evaluation Based On Risk Management

Production and management of modern enterprises face a series of risks; it influences the development of enterprises profoundly. In recent years, the rapid development of the world economy has increased demand for cruises. Cruise is a capital-intensive product, high cost and a huge amount of money needed, which makes the construction and purchase of cruise can’t rely entirely on its own funds. Cruise financing is inevitable and has a long payback period, many subjects participate in it and more links need to be adjusted; this makes the risks companies faced more prominent. Our cruise industry and the financial sector got involved in ship finance business is late, related studies and reports still relatively scarce, and the risk management awareness of government and corporate is weak, so many respects of the development of cruise financing are flawed.Risk management is a mature discipline; the purpose is to minimize potential risks, costs, and losses. From the risk management theory, this article systematically expounded the basic concepts of risk management theory, theories, procedures and control methods. Combined with cruise financing theory, this article explained the concept and characteristics of cruise financing, various financing risk and establish risk management evaluation system of cruise financing. This article also describes the causes and characteristics of risk in detail, proposed decision-making method for cruise financing and researched identification, assessment, control and evaluation of financing risk.Modern cruise industry has become the fastest growing one in the rapid development of the modern tourism industry; China has also strengthened introduction and support for cruise industry. Recommendations for reducing the level of risk financing cruise this paper proposed, is useful to analyze the risk faced under the background of the development of cruise financing, provided a basis of decision making for cruise financing, and have some inspiration for the future development and risk management of cruise financing.
