| Online retail, which has particular advantages to traditional retail, has a spectacular growth in China and keeps changing residents’lifestyle over recent years, but problems existed in logistics and distribution have limited its healthy development. Due to the lag of third-party logistics in China, the internal-logistics-oriented strategy and some other reasons, many large-scale online retail enterprises with adequate funds choose self-built logistics as their planning. However, problems such as high cost of the self-built logistics and difficulty in last-one-mile-delivery put great strain on enterprise management.According to existing problems in the distribution, being considered as an optimization base for distribution network, logistics node layout shall take priority over all other problems remain to be solved by enterprises.By analyzing the present situation of online retail distribution, this paper summarizes structure characteristics of large-scale online retail enterprises’ distribution network and existing problems for node layout. In combination with optimization theory for the distribution network, in this paper an optimized distribution structure is proposed based on suppliers, regional logistic center, urban distribution center and pick-up facility. In terms of optimization for pick-up spots, a reasonable radius is determined form studies on the location for transportation and convenience store in this paper; moreover a method for location and adjustment for reference standard are also presented. In addition, LARP model aiming at minimum combined cost of distribution is constructed in this paper, and a heuristic algorithm based on adaptive genetic algorithm is designed for this model. Finally by the above mentioned optimization method constructed for the node layout of distribution network, with the specific analysis of a large-scale online retail enterprise this paper put forward optimized solutions for both the enterprise’s pick-up spots in certain areas and distribution nodes in Chengdu.Studies shows that the optimization model proposed in this paper for large-scale online retail enterprises’logistics node planning can reflect the entire retail supply chain oriented by online retail enterprises, which is highly practical. The proposed algorithm with good convergence and effectiveness can offer assistant decision-making to large-scale retail enterprises for the optimization of the node layout that is worthy of reference and promotion. Optimization model with a decomposition method is simple and effective, but ignore the integration of two sub problems of mutual influence and restriction, there are some limitations, this paper constructs the node layout optimization model only to cost comprehensive distribution minimum as the goal, does not consider the effect of distribution time window and warehousing costs on distribution node layout optimization, research needs to solve the above problems deeply and expansion. |
