This paper is based on the Tianyi company intends to invest in No.2coal mine expansion project as the research object, using the theory of risk management, through the investigation,analysis and other research methods, focus on the project risk, risk investment and construction of identification, analysis, and puts forward some concrete measures for the implementation of risk management.The Tianyi energy company intends to invest in No.2coal mine expansion project, located in the Sichuan Luzhou territory, complicated geological conditions, the coal industry is facing industrial restructuring, price volatility, market risk, investment risk and at the same time, also faces a series of mine construction risk. From the industry risk, the ecological environment is fragile, need to attach great importance to safe development, conservation development,clean development, realize the industrial transformation. From the investment risk, the need to fund budget, and increase the guarantee clause in the terms of the contract, to ensure the timely availability of funds, investment and financing risk prevention. From the construction risk, should take the risk avoidance, risk control, risk transfer, risk retention measures to strengthen the risk management.The conclusion is the Tianyi company intends to invest extension No.2mine project in general in line with the national "Twelfth Five Year" energy development planning, to recover the investment in8-9years, should be through the implementation of previous exploration,improve technology and equipment, the establishment of risk management committee,strengthening the contract management, risk management measures, active prevention project risk.
