Corporate culture is an important part of the enterprise construction and development.Corporate culture that goes through the whole developing process just as skeleton and veins tobody has a positive effect on solving issues of development of the establishment.This paper which inquires into the functions of corporate culture takes the intension andstructure of corporate culture as starting point. This paper which takes Benxi Steel companyas the example analyses the accomplishment and problems of the enterprise cultureconstruction as well. Generally speaking, corporate culture has the following problems: thelack of features and creative sport, ignores staff’s effect, fails in forming encouraging culture,performance review process is unreasonable, configuration of human resource is inappropriate,corporate culture is formalized and so on.There are many reasons for the problems about corporate culture including itself and thesociety. We should choose the right ways to solve issues of development of the establishment.For example, to strengthen the innovation mechanism and form Innovation mechanism, to the“people oriented” as the core of enterprise culture to lift the dominant position of employeesand strengthen the awareness, to establish incentive and restraint mechanism, to enrich thecontents and forms of performance review process, to set up the reasonable human resourcessystem and develop the intension of corporate culture.
