The Research On The Path Of Rural Financial Reform In China

Rural finance plays an important role in the rural economy, rural financial policy is the key to the rural financial reform, the government should continue to adjust and perfect the financial policy to guarantee the sustainable development of rural finance. Rural finance is an important part of the financial system, the development of rural finance plays a positive role in rural economic development. China’s current rural financial system is still not perfect, which can not adapt to the development of rural economy, commercialization is an inevitable trend of the rural finance reform. In addition, the lack of rural financial institutions and the financial service also restrict the development of economy, adding outlets and the expansion of financial services is one of the main direction of rural financial reform. There are three different schools of thoughts in the evolution process of the rural financial theory:the rural financial market theory, agricultural credit subsidy theory and the theory of imperfect competition. This paper enploys literature review, comparative analysis, theoretical research and historical analysis methods, which aims to analyze the status of finance and the existing problems in rural China, to explore the path of rural financial reform in China.This paper introduces the background and significance of the Chinese rural financial reform research, defining the research task and target, going though the domestic and foreign research literature review, organizing the research framework; the article also introduce the definition of rural finance and the basic theory of rural finance, providing a theoretical foundation for the rural financial reform path research, giving a detailed introduction of successful experiences and practices in different countries, which provide rich reference and enlightenment for Chinese rural financial reform. The essay brings up some paths choices and countermeasures for Chinese rural finance reform. Finally, this article also takes the Jiujiang rural credit cooperatives as an example to analyze its practical methods, effects and existing problems, and puts forward some suggestion to solve the problem, and analyze the current situation and existing problems of the Chinese rural finance, and deliver the summaries and prospects.
