Research On The Construction Of Circuiar Economy

In2013, Chinese government acted an official document-The circular economy development strategy and action plan in recently. It proposed the idea of developing circular economy from a macro level, and has brought opportunities and challenges for the construction of various industrial parks. In this study, it was consided as a starting point to explore the issue of the development model of circular economy in Loudi-Louxing.Firstly, on the basis of arranging related theoretical and empirical researches, this paper generalized and summarized the overall circular economy patterns and their successful experiences both domestic and abroad.Secondly, there were several points being comprehensively analysized and summarized in this papper, including basic situation, current status and problems in circular economy.In this article, evaluation system of circulating levels of industrial park’s economic development was established, and Louxing Industrial Zone cycle assessment of the state economic development was based on it. The result reflected that circulating levels of Louxing Industrial Zone was still low. Therefore, innovation cycle mode, promoting the pace of its economic development cycle is still a long way to go. In order to promote economic development cycle of Louxing Industrial Zone, this article proposed to build the enterprise level, park level, the social dimension of the new model of circular economy industrial park development, which was according to the park situation, learning from the successful experience of the circular economy industrial park model.Thirdly, combined cycle industrial park development principles and the real economy, this paper putted forward innovative ideas to optimize the construction of circular economy in Louxing Industrial Zone. In the model, objectives and requirements for the park loop designed circular economy industrial system, including strengthening and supporting steel enterprises steel construction industry, in the park based on the development of circular economy industrial machining level from Louxing, promotion of high pollution, high energy consumption industries such as recycling and energy conservation and so on.Finally, some suggestions, based on Louxing industrial clusters actual, relevant situation, were putted forward to promote the development of circular economy industrial park, with a view to providing some references for optimizing economic development and innovation in the industrial park circulation patterns.
