At present, every year, many construction projects take up a lot of arable land in China, ofwhich a large part of high quality arable land, protecting arable land is of great urgency. It isgreat significance that promote the magnetism of soil stripping and utilization, in the relevantmeasures to protect arable land, is of.The research object of this paper is magnetism stripping using the different types of workmode within roughly10provinces.. Research method is combination of empirical andtheoretical research, and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Research purposeis, on the basis of analysis of each type of model, reveal the magnetism strip using the worksituation and existing problems, and put forward effective countermeasures and Suggestions.The research result shows that the arable land in China coating using basically has thefollowing five kinds of typical model, thorough analysis of five kinds of modes, this paper,which points out that the magnetism of soil detachment at the policy level in China. has thefollowing main problems: relative laws and regulations lag; Sources of funding is difficult toguarantee, the lack of corresponding rewards and punishment measures; The lack of technicalspecification, management foundation is weak; Implementing subject initiative is not strong.Research conclusion is that the comprehensive promotion magnetism of soil detachment inChina must be conducted by following aspects of policy design and system innovation, perfectthe legal system, strengthen the technical support, strengthen management, stable fundinginvestment, clear constraints and rewards and punishment mechanism, to carry out the pilotwork, strengthen the support technology research and development.
