Due to the economic bubble in the world economic crisis, the western developed countries pay more and more attention to the development of manufacturing industry; and at the time, China human resources cost is higher and higher, so as the largest diesel engine manufacturers in China, Weichai Power is suffering from the tremendous pressure from the internation and inland. Hunan province plays an important role in the equipment manufacturing, and the trucks, buses, engineering machinery, shipbuilding and other industrial has an extremely important status in the country. How to expand its market share, and how to make its marketing success in Hunan, has important influence on the development and survival of Weichai Power. This paper takes the marketing activities of Weichai Power in Hunan as the research object, analyzes many aspects of innovation in marketing management including marketing strategy, marketing methods, implementation strategy, safeguard measures and so on. On the other hand, this paper puts forward some potential market opportunities and service strategy in Hunan to further expand the market share on Weichai Power.By means of combining with the market share and development condition in recent years of various mechanical products of Weichai Power in Hunan, this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, the potential opportunities, the main threat and so on in Hunan region, and expounds the corresponding marketing strategy through innovative marketing ideas to further enhance the influence in Hunan of Weichai Power, and states clearly that the strategic planning and strategy, marketing channel mode, service strategy, brand strategy, and internal management of various stages.Through the above methods, the innovation of marketing management in Hunan is proposed in this paper, reflecting on the ship machine market as market segments, service optimization, brand influence promotion, sales promotion and the innovation ability improvement; while for trucks and engineering machinery market, we should put forward different development innovation specially to every customer, increase the service network coverage and pay attention to logistics management at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the market share in Hunan.
