If the situation is got on, thehostility and antagonism between rich and poor is growing, the social contradictionswill be graduallyaccumulatedand finally it will affect the social harmony.The reform of state-owned enterprises and the gap between rich and poor bothabout national economy are thetwo big problemsof people’s livelihood. On the contrary, our country’s ginicoefficient has a tendency to increase.According to the gini coefficient in2003-2012from the People’s Republic of China’snational bureau of statistics,0.479in2003,0.473in2004,0.485in2005,0.487in2006,0.484in2007,0.491in2008,0.490in2009,0.481in2010,0.477in2011,,0.474in2012. It can be seen from the previous data, the gini coefficient of the pastten years are more than4.7, some years’ even reached4.9, it has to ponder: theexpansion of the gap between rich and poor is related to the reform of state-ownedenterprises? If relevant, the reform of the state-owned enterprises in the future is tocontinue to the trend of "the state-owned enterprises withdraw and the private-ownedenterprises enter "or" the state-owned enterprisesenter and the private-ownedenterprises withdraw "?
