Information technology services industry as the country’s leading, strategic andfundamental industries, plays an important role in promoting the informationization ofthe national economy and social development. Onthis basis, the research ideas of the paper.This article first introduces the research background, significance, research statusat home and abroad theories, research methods, innovations, research content, thetechnical route.
