Research On Financial Risk Evaluation Of Mining Listed Companies

Research on enterprise financial risk is an important topic in the financial field，financial risk has a serious impact on the healthy development of enterprises. In theworld, financial crisis or even bankruptcy situation is frequently occur every year,which will influence the development of enterprise and even the entire nationaleconomy. In the future for a long period, the basic position of mining and important rolenot only will not be weakened, but also with China’s industrialization process inheavy industry to accelerate the development of era and strengthen. In view of theimportance and particularity of mining industry, combined with the financial riskcharacteristics, present situation and causes of the mining industry, with analysis andevaluation and research for the Chinese mining listing Corporation’s financial risk, theobjective of financial data, analyze the mining listing Corporation’s financial risk, andputs forward the corresponding control measures. The mining of listing Corporationfinancial risk research, has certain significance of theory and practice.This paper research achievements at home and abroad based on the financial risk,the mining listing Corporation as the research object, from the five aspects of debtpaying ability, operating ability, profitability, cash flow capacity and growthcapacity in Tai’an, using the database to a sample of54listing Corporation in2012financial raw data screening, we select16financial indexes to study. Then usingthe SPSS software, using the factor analysis method, the standardizationprocess and to test the applicability of financial data selection, the main factorscore formula and comprehensive financial risk comprehensive scoring formula,establishes a comprehensive evaluation of financial risk in China’s mining listingCorporation system, a comprehensive, objective, accurate analysis of the mininglisting Corporation financial risk, financial risk and puts forward corresponding control measures, the development environment is the optimization of miningindustry, and perfect the financial risk control mechanism, optimize the productstructure, improve the capital structure, enhance the level of cash flowmanagement, strengthens the foreign investment management, seven aspects ofdevelopment of mining enterprises responsible, in order to help the miningindustry, prevention, control, and avoid financial risks, to improve thecompetitiveability of the mining industry.
