The unfair distribution of income has greatly affectedthe social fairness and justice, the people buried unrest, affect social harmony. The residentsincome distribution gap in China generated in the process, because the redistribution is notperfect, did not play to narrow the income gap, but the income gap widening. The new period(twenty twenty-first Century) was an important period of strategic opportunities for China’sdevelopment, but also in the period of social contradictions, is the reform period and the deepzone. At the same time tostraighten out the development process of China’s concept of fair income distribution, anddiscusses the influence of philosophy of life in every period of our people.The third chapter is the analysis of present situation and causes of unfair incomedistribution in our country at the present stage, according to the analysis of urban and rural areas,rural per capita net income growth is slow, the income gap between urban and rural residents toexpand internal. According to industry analysis, China’s per capita income of wages of staff andworkers in the top ten industries, the half is the monopoly industries, the general is the high-techindustry, the monopoly and the level of education, impact on the residents’ income greatly.Divided into four regions, the income of Chinese residents has "East West High low" situation,the income gap between urban residents, rural residents among provinces obvious. Especiallywhen people found the side group and its generation gap, is they pay more attention to the issue of equitable distribution of income, thereby affecting social harmony and stability, in the societyis unstable factors. According to our country’s income distribution of China’s unfair situation,analysis of the specific reasons for this problem, including the people’s income growth and GDPgrowth is not coordinated, the income gap between urban and rural short-term unbridgeable,inter industry wage gap expanding, regional distribution of income imbalance.The fourth chapter for the advancement of our country income distribution justice and putsforward countermeasures, according to Marx’s income distribution theory, combined with theactual situation in China, put forward specific measures to promote the fair distribution ofincome in China, mainly including: the implementation of the wage system reform, promote thewage income doubling plan, urban and rural development, free flowing, give full play to balancethe redistribution of promoting labor.
