The first round of social division in logistics is hiving off the logistics activities fromproduct/retail enterprises, which leads to the emergence of Third party Logistics (3PL). Along withthe Electronic Commerce springs up, the consumer needs are becoming more complex and diverse.Any logistics company is unable to satisfy all kinds of consumer needs. Different logisticscompanies have to cooperate to integrate various logistics services to matches market needs. Withinthe3PL companies, some companies outsource partial transactions to other3PL companies forsome reasons of costs and specialization strategy. Above are the causes that motivate theappearances of Logistics Service Supply Chain (LSSC).Based on internal view and external view, the paper takes a logistics company, which is themember of an LSSC, as the research object, to study how to optimize its logistics service, the builda model based with each perspective. Within the model, the paper builds an endosymbiosis modelabout business state in different life cycle stages to study how to optimize the current services group. The model compares a logistics service company to an ecosystem, and views different businesses asspecies, to reflect the characteristics during every life stage of the businesses by calculating theenergy or currency changing. Then, we could estimate the situation of symbiosis, and get theprocesses how a business does harm to the whole businesses group. Above all we could observe, wewill know whether the business should be outsourced. When the business is outsourced, the logistics companies have to buy from other one to keep thestructure of the whole logistics service solution. The second model will stimulate the logisticscapability transaction in buyback contract based on the newsboy model. From the externalperspective, the paper analyses when it is buyer side how the buyback price influent the orderquantity and expected profit, as well as we will get the best buyback price.
