The Research Of Jin Yan Xishan Issued Notes (1917-1936)

Yan Xishan is an important historical figure in modern Chinesehistory who ruled Shanxi for38years.During his administration,thefinancial industry in Shanxi by the tradition to the modernization,andthe currency of Jin is closely related to the development of thefinancial sector of Shanxi province as the main currency. This paperanalyzed through the study of the relationship between monetarypolicy and the currency of Jin which is implemented by Yan Xishan inthe phase of1917-1936,which play a role on understanding theinfluence and reference between the currency of Jin and thedevelopment of the financial sector of Shanxi provinceThis paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter arebriefly introduced the introduction, the purpose and significance ofthe part from the topic of the article, academic review, researchmethods, lack of innovation and research on topics related to fouraspects. Text is divided into four chapters. In this paper, the secondchapter riefly discusses the financial situation in Shanxi during thelate Qing Dynasty and the military government and gave a briefoverview of the contradictions of Shanxi traditional and emergingfinancial sector and financial industry complex relationship existsdiscussed. Chapters III and IV is the main part of the article. The third chapter revert the situation of the currency of Jin issued beforeCentral Plains War and the financial crisis triggered by the spammingmoney to history.And systematically described the the causes,characteristics, results and impact of the currency of Jin which werecarried out system interpretation in the context of time.The fourthchapter objectively analyse the comprehensive reform of thefinancial industry in Shanxi, prewar status of financial sectordevelopment of Shanxi after Yan Xishan came back. The fifth chapterdescribes the analyzed and discussed about the major financialthought of before the war, and the change of the thought of YanXishan. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,which in order toguide a comprehensive summary of the status of implementation offinancial policies Yan Xishan with the role of money in the financialdevelopment,and propose realistic and historical significance for theimplementation of financial policies Yan Xishan.This paper analysed the currency of Jin Yan Xishan issued notesof time to sort out the situation analysis before the war which usingthe basic method of historical studies of regional history and basedon extensive literature archives, empirical analysis.And this papersummarized the impact of the issuance of each period, a reflection ofthe financial concepts Yan Xishan, reflecting the impact of monetarypolicy on the development of Yan Xishan, Shanxi Modern Financecaused.
