Provide safeguard to realize strategic target of group company, In recent years, as C group company continues to expand the scale, members of the units are increasing year by year, whether business or the number of accounts under the financial company are created the record, because of the change of environment, under the C group’s budget system, there are several problems exposed such as poor efficiency of the fund management mode, and the short accounts also had increased.This study analyzed different fund management mode, revealed the scope of fund management mode and its advantages and disadvantages, and take the fund management mode of C enterprise group finance company for example, proposed the fund management mode optimization measures. At the same time, this study presents some suggestions to improve the fund management mode of finance company. This paper also has certain reference significance to other enterprises and finance company to optimize the capital management and fund management mode. |
