A Study On Fund Management Model Of Enterprise Group Finance Company

Enterprise group finance company is the non-bank financial institution whichpurpose is to strengthen the fund centralized management of enterprise group, toimprove the efficiency of fund used of enterprise group, and to provide financialmanagement services to the member units of the enterprise group. By centralizing thegroups’ internal fund management, improving the using efficient of funds andresources, investing and financing, a finance company can optimize the group’sresources, reduce financing costs and improve cash flow.Tianjin Port finance company is the non-bank financial institution of Tianjin Portgroup, have the principle of “based on the group, relying on group, services group”,continually striving to improve the concentration of funds to ensure the group’soverall liquidity adequacy. With the development of the company, increasing of themember units and further concentration of fund, the quantity of bank accountsmember hanging in the finance company has reached a high record. It becomes achallenge for the finance company to manage account and to disbursement fund. Butit also exposed the funds management model series of questions.This study analyzed the Tianjin Port finance company’s existing fundsmanagement model, find out a series of drawbacks. By contrast to several other fundmanagement model, I have a more thorough understanding about models and summedup the advantages and disadvantages of these types of models. Then I proposed somesolution strategies and optimization measures for Tianjin Port finance company, andtry to make a further improvement of the fund management of the finance company.Other group’s finance companies’ fund management can also have some certainreference significance.
