The Procurement Process Optimization Of L Group Hotel In Preparatory Period

Effective purchasing management can shorten the procurement cycle, reduce inventory level and save the cost. Optimizing the organization’s procurement process is one of the important links to establish effective purchasing management. Hotel procurement has its unique characteristics. Compared with foreign advanced enterprise, the procurement of domestic hotel has many deficiencies, especially the long and complicated inefficient procurement process. This thesis researchs in different procurement modes in the hotel’s preparatory period, on this basis it optimizes the procurement process to reduce the purchasing cost. The research method has important application value, which helps solve the some common purchasing problems of the local hotel group in the preparatory period.Based on the related theories and methods, this thesis chooses the Petri net for modeling analysis. Research in L group hotel,the purchasing status and main problems are analyzed, especially the procurement process. According to industry characteristics, the procurement process in preparatory period is divided into project procurement and continuous procurement, then are optimized respectively. In particular, modeling the continuous procurement process by Petri net, and simulation analysis is carried out by Promodel software. The results show that the optimized process effectively shorten the time of purchasing.
