Research And Plan Of Key Performance Evaluation System For Devcot Cotton Commercial Enterprise In France

Logistics as a sunrise industry whose development has always been a concern. But China’s development of domestic logistics management still stays in the extensive mode. How to combine the textile industry with the logistics to improve the intensive management method and optimize the logistics of textile industry is the force of this research. Especially in the downturn of the global economic, the textile trade suffered from the impacts firstly. In order to go through the difficult time, enterprises should optimize their logistics management, be more careful to select the suppliers and third part logistics to improve the competitiveness. Therefore, the establishment of a reasonable and user friendly logistics KPI evaluation system is particularly important.This paper introduced the background, significance, objective, content and method of research firstly, and then followed by a brief description of the classification of the logistics mode, the situation of the logistics development of small and medium commercial enterprises in China, as well as the logistics performance indicators’ plan, evaluation system and KPI information collection method. Depending on the actual situation of enterprise DEVCOT in France, we plan the suitable key performance indicators and establish the evaluation system for them. Make sure the strategic objective of is to improve the logistics service quality. Thus the secondary goals are "decrease risk" and "reduce the logistics time". The key performance indicators of logistics time are preparation time for boarding of different suppliers and cargo dwell time in the port. In order to evaluate the risk, we classifier the accidents encountered during the shipping then to know the different code and the responsible party of the accidents. The statistical analysis by different responsible part and the logic analysis are the key performance indicators of the risk.Through statistical analysis of key performance indicators of accidents, we can get those important but poor performance of suppliers, shipping companies and clients, as well as the problems they existed, the results of these analyzes will be used by DEVCOT as an important reference for choosing the suppliers and partners in the future to improve company’s service quality and efficiency.By analyzing the logical relationship between the accidents and calculated the support and confidence between the accidents, association rules can be obtained. Therefore, in the future, when these incidents occur, we can prevent the accidents that may occur in accordance with the rules and their associated confidence, reduce the losses caused by the accident.Finally, we analyze the preparation time for boarding of different suppliers and cargo dwell time in the port in the different origin and compare the different between logistics times when there is accident occurs or not, then we can know the effects of the accidents for the time.In this paper, we hopes to combine with the practical problems in the enterprises and gives a concise evaluation method by the absorption of previous theoretical to promote the popularity of logistics key performance indicators and evaluation methods, and prompter the majority of our small and medium commercial enterprises to have their own advantages, learning advanced logistics concepts, management and technology to enhance its logistics service quality in today’s economic situation.
