The Research On The Logistics Management Optimization In Medium And Small Enterprises

With the development of logistics in our country, more and more enterprises pay more attention to logistics management and have achieved much in this field. But on the other hand, the logistics management in most of medium and small-sized enterprises is not well developed. Logistics had great power in cost reduction as it was called the third headspring of profit, so improving logistics management was important for medium and small-sized enterprises' competition.Viewing from the existing status of their logistics businesses,medium and small-sized enterprises have some weakness as follows: They are mostly carrying on purchasing and distribution logistics by themselves,and the proportion of third-part logistics acting is small;logistics balance procedures are heavy and complicated, logistics inventory management is behindhand, logistics transportation efficiency is low, logistics operation performance is poor, logistics cost is high, logistics equipments owned by themselves are outmoded. These deficiencies make these medium and small-sized enterprises faced with many difficulties to adapt themselves to the demand of social division of labor and socialized mass production and they are incapable of satisfying multi-batch,small-scale, diversity, urgent market demand and diverse consumer demand.Firstly this paper introduced the background and meaning of study, situation of logistics management home and abroad, the basic theories of logistics management. Secondly, this paper discussed characteristics and methods of logistics management. Then this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of small-scale and medium-scale enterprises' logistics management, pointed out the main problems of Shandong Lijie Chemical Limited Company' logistics management, and put forward the strategies of optimizing logistics management.
