With the problem of food safety has been paid more and more attention, in thefood industry domain extended ISO22000system has become the development trendof ISO22000system all over the world and is the inevitable requirement. There aremany problems existing in the running of ISO22000system in the process of howthe common characteristics of these problems will be settled, in order to solve thisproblem, this paper improved process of implementation of ISO22000system basedon the ISO22000system of Zhaodong company, carries on the elaboration and theanalysis, and put forward the feasible scheme to solve.Zhaodong company is COFCO subordinate grass-roots enterprises. Thecompany since its establishment in1996, has the good enterprise culture, advancedproduction concepts and complete quality management system. The2009Zhaodongcompany based on ISO9000quality management system, through the ISO22000system certification. In the operation of the food safety system period, the companyISO22000has made great progress, knowledge workers on ISO22000has graduallydeepened, but with the increasing of the ISO22000run time, the implementationprocess of the exposed many problems, through combining theory with practice, theway these problems to solve, and make it become the enterprise developmentbooster.The dissertation is divided into four parts. The first chapter through to theISO22000system is introduced, described the current status of ISO22000system, bydiscussing the content and method of research background and purpose, research onthe problem and research, to discuss the problem gradually.In the second chapter, the Zhaodong company’s data and cases of research and analysis, the situation of Zhaodong company introduction, elaborated theimplementation situation and existing problems of the ISO22000system, while thecauses of the problem of the problem, the thorough analysis, find the reason. Theresearch addresses two main issues, a detailed analysis is the mismatch of resourcesand safe product planning and implementation errors. Through analysis on the maincauses the mismatch of resources lies in the allocation of resources has primary andsecondary is not divided, resource investment direction, resulting in infrastructureinvestment is not in place; security product realization is planning does not matchwith the actual situation, in the hazard analysis analysis is not comprehensive,resulting in the HACCP program for the analysis of critical control point appearedthe problem of incomplete.The third chapter through the Zhaodong company ISO22000system(ISO22000) analysis of and cause of the problem, put forward the improvementscheme. Research that through the organization of resources optimization, planningstage resource improvement, continuous improvement of products, production sitemanagement improvement measures to solve the problem of the effect can beachieved, and the necessary verification of the optimization program, in order todetermine the operation state and the solution to the problem of the effect.Optimization of good effect will be improve food safety effective means, and thefuture work of ISO22000play a guidance and reference significance.Finally, through the actual test, analysis and improved scheme, improved andimproved economic benefit and cost comparison analysis, to determine thereasonable optimization scheme, in order to achieve the best optimization scheme isused to solve the problem.
