In recent years, with the continuous development of the machine tool industry,machine tool sales prospects. But at the same time, there are more and morecompanies coming into production of machine tools industry, so the entire industryare facing fierce competition. After4S shop concept was introduced into China fromthe late90s of last century, the sales model of the manufacturing enterprise haschanged greatly. However, the current4S store sales model has been just used in theautomotive industry rapidly. The machine tool industry,for this important field ofmachine tool manufacturing industry, most of the domestic machine toolmanufacturers are still stuck in the traditional direct sales model that using agents tosell products.Based on the above, this paper analyzes the current status of the machine toolindustry sales and innovative sales model anchored to Shenyang Machine Tool Co.,Ltd. At first, this paper provides some related theory as the basis for the innovation ofsales model. Then the status of Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd.’s sales model isanalyzed, the general situation of the Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., sales profiles,sales model and its external sales environment status are discussed separately. Thenthe current development of China’s machine tool industry and the plight faced by themachine tool sales are proposed. The paper further describes the sales model’sinnovation and optimization of Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., the principles ofconstructing a new sales model and specific implementation to build a complete newframework of sales model for Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. This paper alsoanalyzes the organization management, financial management, digital management,human resource management and performance evaluation of these separately, whichare used to guarantee the implementation of the company’s new sales model.It is not difficult to conclude that the machine manufacturing industry is a segmentmarket through analysis. Therefore, machine tool manufacturers and generalmanufacturing enterprises are facing the current situation of transforming frommanufacturing to service-oriented enterprise business. Although there are so manyresearch on current sales model innovation, but research specific to the machine tool industry sales model innovation is still in the blank. Therefore, the future ofinnovation machine tools sales model will be an important measure of machine toolmanufacturers in the machine tool industry to gain a competitive advantage, it isworth the machine manufacturer researching and improving.Based on theoretical analysis and research, this paper put forward specificsafeguards and suggestions for sales mode innovation of Shenyang Machine Tool Co.,Ltd. in the future. Meanwhile, the study also points out a path for the futuredevelopment of the machine tool industry and the whole manufacturing industry, thisroad is transforming to service-oriented industrial enterprises. Future manufacturingcompanies compete on product competition has increased to the level of serviceextension, research of this paper provides not only a theoretical basis for the salesmodel of innovation research in specific areas, but also a guidance for the innovativesales model of specific areas, especially the entire machine tool industry.In short, today’s competition is increasing. A company in order to occupy its placein the industry that it belongs, the company must change its profit model. A companyhas to not just focusing on corporate product, but also the services products extensionof the more high value-added also needs to be paid attention. The manufacturingcompanies rely mainly on selling products to achieve corporate earnings, therefore,for the company of producing homogeneous products, focusing on sales model’sinnovation is worth researching and giving attention to.
