Thus it can be seen that, incentive compensation has attracted widespread attention, has gradually become a trend of incentive compensation system, it has an important practical significance of current research and incentive compensation.At present, WFM fashion in the fierce market competition environment, coupled with the small garment enterprises are also increasing year by year, the leaders of WFM realize that the beaten track management and development model has been unable to adapt to the current development,so they research and analysis of the competitiveness of the industry and development of new strategy.
