Integration Of Coal Resources Synergy Research

Coal resources as our important strategic resource,which play a very important role in thedevelopment of the national economy and society.Much,small and scattered pattern of mine hasbrought to our serious waste of resources,ecological destruction,frequent accidents and otherissues,the integration of coal resources can not be delayed.In2009,Shanxi Province as a pilot inthe mining of coal resources and management areas were a revolution-integration of coalresources,and its significance.Integration of coal resources is industry issues,economic issues,social issues,livelihood issues,and closely relate to China’s energy supply and energy security.From the perspective of the systemto analyze the integration of coal resources,as a social management activities,the whole system is acomplex giant system,made of social systems,economical system,corporate culturesystem,resource system,management system,technique system,security system,environmentalsystem,legal system and so on;National and state-owned enterprises as the subject,localgovernment,private companies,individuals as the object,the body is a composite structural systemsof multi-level between different levels and multi-element in the same level.In the process ofintegration of coal resources,since the number of multi-subject and object,interactive,complexprocess,collaborative research on the resources of the integrated system is difficult,the presentstudy is rare,the study of the coal resources integration system is significant in theory and inpractice.This paper studies the problem of the National Natural Science Fund Project “Collaborativeintegration of coal resources management mechanism game,Strategy and Evaluation Research”(71373148),from the resources,production conditions,organization,effectiveness,corporate cultureto study the development process of the integration of coal resources,apply methods ofcollaborative research,analyze causal relationship of integration process,arrive the relations ringbetween the various subsystems;From the dimensions,hierarchies,relationships,the number ofnodes in the right causal chain,the feedback loop to create synergy evaluation index between thevarious subsystems,establish collaborative evaluation model based on entropy;The synergy of coalresources integration system is an evaluation of different dimensions,use the concept ofinformation power,establish the evaluation model of entropy scale space ofmulti-dimensional,arrive the amount of synergistic information of coal resources integrationsystem.Take the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province for example,evaluate thecoordination of various subsystems of coal resources integration system;Evaluate the coalresources integration system,from the local to the overall,comprehensive evaluate the coordinationof the entire system;Based on the result of the calculation,some measures for improvingcollaborative efficiency of coal resources integration system,on the basis of theory,provide afavorable decision-making for the collaborative problem of the integration of coal resources.
