The Analysis Of Influence Of Countryside Land System On Urbanization

When the economy develops to a certain level, they are bound to enter the stage of rapid development of urbanization. In China,after decades of rapid development, the per capita national income and people’s living standards have been greatly improved. At the same time, the level of urbanization in China is still in a lower level, though it also means that the urbanization still has broad space for development. The rapid development of urbanization is needed by the further development of China’s national economy, because the development of urbanization can promote the increase of investment and consumption, thus can stimulate economic development. Urbanization also is the important solution for the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.Because less land and large population,the development of the countryside have severe resource constraints, which makes the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is hard to slove by the power of itself. In the process of urbanization, a large number of farmers will leave the countryside and go to the cities, in order to alleviate the pressure of the rural population, promote the development of countryside and agriculture, rural areas and farmers solve the problem. But, there are many problems, and low quality of urbanization in the current urbanization process. Cause of the problem of urbanization is complex and multiple, and countryside land system is quite important factors.Countryside land system impact the urbanization by influencing the flow of land and farmers. Land property rights system restricts the free movement of land, but also hindered the flow of famers. The fact that Farmers and land can not flow freely, have hindered the development of farmers urbanization and countryside urbanization. land circulation system can promote the free flow of farmers and land, thereby contributing to the development of urbanization. However, the development of land circulation was limited by deficiencies in the land circulation system and land property rights system. The system of land expropriation allows the government to obtain the farmers’ land at a lower price, which will expand the space of development of the city, but brings a lot of problems, adverse to the healthy development of urbanization.This article introduces the research background and significance at first, and has make the preliminary analysis in this area,combining the domestic related research. And on this basis,article do some study on countryside land system in three parts.In the parts is the analysis of land property rights system.The analysis is not limited in the study of system of ownership,but considered many factors that could affect the land property rights, and on this basis, to research the impact of land property rights system on urbanization from two aspects of farmers’ urbanization and rural urbanization.In the analysis of land circulation system, through the research to the defects in circulation system itself, the influence of land property rights system and the analysis of social security and other aspects of land, this article expound the meaning of land circulation and obstacles of the development.In the parts of The analysis of land expropriation system, combined with the land property right system and land use control system research, this article focuses on the analysis of influence of land expropriation on land market and farmers’ land property rights.land expropriation system allows the government to get a lot of land at a low price, caused land urbanization development too fast, and severe waste of land and many social problems in the process of urbanization.Finally, this article summarize the current rural land system’s influence on the development of urbanization,and research the obstacles of urbanization in the countryside land system. On this basis, put forward the corresponding reform measures.In this paper, the main innovation points are comprehensive study for the countryside land system.This article have studied the mutual influence between components of land system and influence of that on urbanization. Through Systematic analysis of countryside land system, the paper find out the main obstacle of urbanization in countryside land system, and based on this, advances the corresponding solutions.
