The study according to the situation concept and requirements of domestic and foreign agricultural development, combined with the general situation of the development of flue cured tobacco planted provinces in China, analyzes the significance of sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco production in Yuanjiang County, the quality of cultivated soil protection, Yuanjiang County Economy. Focus on the analysis of the sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco in Yuanjiang County, the advantages and disadvantages. Through the argumentation and analysis, the following principles as Yuanjiang County tobacco sustainable development:(1) insist on the market as the guide (2)exert comparative advantage;(3) the development of tobacco leaves brand;(4) improve yield and increase economic benefit. Further strengthen cooperation with the cigarette industrial enterprises, research institutes, focusing around the cigarette brand on backbone of tobacco, formulate the key technical measures. The specific measures to support the Yuanjiang County sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco:(1) bettering ecological environment of soil of tobacco planted, the establishment of basic system tobacco field protection;(2) increase the flue-cured tobacco planting layout adjustment, promotes large-scale cultivation;(3) improve the conditions of tobacco production, strengthen infrastructure construction;(4) support and strengthen the role of science and technology measures for sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco;(5) establish the security system of flue-cured tobacco production, to maximize the protection of the interests of peasants;(6) actively explore new flue-cured tobacco production organization.
