With the rapid development.of sustained high speed growth of Chinese economy and automobile industry, the consumption of refined oil market in China has experienced rapid development stage. Chinese refined oil market is further opening, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to become a leader in this market, holding a dominant position in the competition, is the enterprise’s challenge each participating in the market.In this paper, the author uses the research methods, comparative literature analysis method and SWOT analysis method based on the study of FZ company direct distribution business situation and existing problems, the practice of FZ company, direct distribution business problems are further carding and analysis by using the marketing theory, put forward on how to improve the refined oil vertical distribution of some business ideas and opinions, to improve FZ company’s refined oil direct distribution performance to provide a reference. |
