Study Of The Enterprise Crisis Management System For Xiamen Quanyi Decorative Design Ltd.

With the development of economy, the external and internal environment of the enterprise has become more complicated and unstable and the enterprise is facing various crises. If these crises cannot be settled immediately, the enterprise profits will decrease and there will be a great negative influence on industry and society. Considering the characteristics of construction engineering company, implement of crisis management, including crisis identification, crisis assessment and crisis response, is significant for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. In addition, comprehensive security system can ensure the implement of crisis management.The crisis management of Xiamen Quanyi Decorative design Ltd is studied. Base on the usage of contemporary modern theory and the real situation of the enterprise, the possible crisis is identified. Totally,5different crises have been identified, including credibility crisis, management crisis, financial crisis, the human resources crisis and crisis of the contract. And then, cause and consequence of these crises has been analyzed. For each crisis, crisis reduction method has been proposed corresponding to those factors which can cause the crisis. Crisis Readiness system has also been constructed, including standards development, information collection, information processing, crisis prediction and crisis pre-control. After the crisis outbreak, various crisis response methods are listed. After the crisis, different countermeasures should be taken to help the enterprise recovering from destroy of the crisis corresponding to different characterization and extent of damage. Finally, the security system is proposed from four aspects, including enterprise strategy, organization, human resources and financial.In this dissertation, the results, including crisis reduction, crisis readiness, crisis response, crisis recovery, are significant for the prevention of crisis and improvement of crisis response ability. It’s also helpful for the recovery from the crisis and exploring the opportunities. In addition, the security system plays a practical and reliable guarantee for the effective implementation of crisis management system.
