Credit is the cornerstone of market economy. Currently in China, the enterprise credit management level generally low and the market competition extremely fierce, how to establish credit sales system, how to optimize the credit sales process and how to fulfill the role of credit sales as the strong drive of enterprise development have become urgent issues for enterprise development. In recent years, the practice and innovation of Ruihua Co., Ltd in credit sales theory, system and mechanism, which have effectively fulfilled the role of credit sales in promoting enterprise products, boosting enterprise profits and advancing enterprise globalization to go through a series of crises.Focusing on Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd this study firstly reviews the theories about enterprise credit sales, analyzes and summarizes the historical development, general situation of credit sales in Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, and introduces its procedures of specific credit sales form as mortgage, finance leasing and overseas finance leasing. Then, SWOT is employed to conduct a thorough analysis on Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd’s credit sales. Though its credit sales have advantage in aptitude, technology, system and starting early, there are also disadvantages as homogenization of products and competition within the city. The rise of emerging economies markets and the national attention on credit sales creates opportunities for Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, but the issues of product quality, outside questioning of the company capital operation and cash flow, and the current economic downturn are the serious challenges that Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd are encountering in the implementation of credit sales. At last, the study summarizes and evaluates the effect of credit sales in Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd Three experiences can be drawn from Ruihua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd’s credit sales:completing top design strategically, carrying out internal construction stably, and promoting system reform effectively; the essay also put forward four suggests on controlling scale moderately, creating new financing channels, optimizing exit mechanism and fulfilling credit docking.
